If you already have a code, enter it in the Promotional Code field and start the reservation process. If the reservation meets the conditions of the code, it will be automatically applied to the booking.

➔ What do I need to do to cancel my reservation and request a refund of cancellation fees? If you meet any of the reasons described above and have booked with a Semi-Flexible rate, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us requesting the cancellation of the reservation and the invoice for the fees.
2. Contact the insurer via email: flexmyroom@arag.es indicating your personal information and your policy number, attaching the invoice and proof of the reason for cancellation.
